FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: cleaning element 1 for treatment of butchered animal carcasses comprises at least one prolong flexible scraper 3, which continues from connecting element 2. Connecting element 2 comprises socket 5 with narrowing inlet hole 6. Hole 6 may expand under action of displacement force. Connecting element 2 is detachably engaged to coupled connecting element 7, forming part of rotary element, so that scraper 3 continues in radial direction from rotary shaft of rotary element. Socket 5 of connecting element 2 is engaged with coupled connecting element 7, covering it. These elements of device form a unit. Cleaning device comprises at least one cleaning element 1, described unit installed in body and drive for rotation of unit rotary element. Engagement of rotary and cleaning elements is done by expansion of socket 5 hole. Socket 5 is engaged with coupled connecting element 7 so that socket 5 covers coupled connecting element 7. Cleaning element 1 is disconnected, expanding hole of socket 5, and further cleaning element 1 is removed from coupled connecting element 7.

EFFECT: improved design of cleaning unit.
