SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, reflexotherapy. The technique involves an apparatus-aided massage. A location of an acupuncture point or a vertebra is pressed with an individual massage element of the apparatus, and a circumferential area of the acupuncture point is massaged. The other massage elements are driven circularly towards the location of the acupuncture point or the vertebra. The apparatus for technique implementation comprises a body with a holding arrangement, an assembly with a transfer mechanism. The transfer mechanism of the movable massage elements represents a holder movable relatively to the body, a sleeve, movable relatively to the holder, and a chuck movable along a longitudinal axis of the apparatus and built in the holder and sleeve, and bearing the spring-loaded movable massage elements of the assembly. The single massage element held with a lock-nut and covered with a cap is mounted at an end face of the cartridge framed with the movable massage elements.

EFFECT: technique and apparatus enhance massage procedure.
