That is ensured by the postoperative substitution therapy with thyroid hormones combined with the administration of immunomodulators. Immunofan and sodium nucleinate are used as immunomodulators. For the first 5-14 days, 0.005% Immunofan 1 ml is injected intramuscularly, and for the following 5-14 days, sodium nucleinate is administered in a daily dose 1.5-2.0 g with the therapeutic course to be repeated 2-3 times a year.

EFFECT: mode of administration of the preparations provides fast euthyroidism with the absence of recurrent thyroid palpable abnormalities.
