SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sphere of agriculture. Material is treated for propagation of plants or grown organs of plants with efficient amount of pesticide composition, and/or efficient amount of pesticide composition is applied onto section, where control is necessary. Composition or pesticide includes one or more pesticides as active ingredient, soluble in water with neutral reaction equal to not more than 100 mcg/l at 25°C, and at least one auxiliary agent. Maximum size of particles of 90 vol.% of composition particles is within the range from 3.60 to 0.70 mcm.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to increase efficiency of treatment.
