SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to agriculture. Composition includes insecticide 0,0-dimethyl-0-(2-diethylamino-6-methylpyridimil-4)thiophosphate (aktellik), fungicide tetramethylthiuramdisulfide (TMTD), microelement biologically active complex MiBAC and stimulator of plants growth SILK at the following ratio of components, wt %: Aktellik 17.4-40.0; TMTD 25.6-33.3; MiBAC 16.7-20.0; SILK 0.56-0.67; water - balance. The dose applied is 15 l/t of seeds.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to increase efficiency of young growth protection and crop capacity.
