FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed pump comprises housings 5, 21, 23, impeller 2 with hub 3 fitted on shaft 1 running in bearing 4 protected by seal 36, and screw 10. Intermediate and inner shaft 6, 8 are fitted inside hub 3. One extension of shaft 8 supports first auger 10 fitted on shaft 8 secured by front taper nut 11 thereto. Opposite extension of shaft 8 carries impeller 12 of hydraulic turbine 13. One extension of shaft 6 supports second auger 15 fitted between impeller 2 and first auger 10. Space 18 of hub 3 accommodates reduction gear 17 coupling shafts 6, 8. Hub 3 has through holes 28 to communicate space of impeller 2 with space 18 in hub 3. Three spaces 29-31 are made inside shaft 1, separated by web 32 that accommodates guide vanes 14 of hydraulic turbine 13. Space 31 of shaft 1 communicates with space 37 between bearing 4 and seal 36. Augers 10, 15 cab rotate in opposite directions.
EFFECT: improved cavitation properties.
