FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method of object sterilisation includes blowing around placed in sealable chamber objects with circulating air, in which formation of ozone is provided by means of pulse sparkle discharges, which have steep pulse front, and its ultraviolet irradiation, discharges being switched off before the end of sterilisation cycle, treated objects being kept in biocidal medium. After generation of ozone from air, which has temperature 40°C, in amount (6-10)-10 g/m3, chamber is filled with water vapour and chamber volume is saturated with water vapour until humidity is 90-100%. After that, by means of ultrasonic generator water fog with concentration 0.1-10 vol % is created, ultrasonic generator being switched off in the middle of time interval of object keeping in biocidal medium, after which dry air with temperature up to 40°C is supplied into chamber again.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of sterilisation.
