FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises housing accommodating cylinder 2 that houses piston 3, inlet valve 7, discharge valve 5 and bypass valve 8. Space above discharge valve communicates with atmosphere. Space above inlet valve communicates with air line and is separated by said valve and bypass valve from space communicated with body tilting cylinder block and atmosphere. Body tilting control chamber is arranged between piston and body bottom. Said chamber is communicated via control valve with air line. Elastic sealing element is arranged to be forced by compressed air and gravity up and down relative to piston. In bottom transport position, said element automatically opens vent system between control chamber and atmosphere.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
