FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises controlled wheels, sleeves, strain gages, axles with rotary cams, power supply, electromagnetic coil, distributing device, vessel with working fluid, pump and transverse tie rod with reversing mechanism. Strain gages are secured on face surfaces of the rings and connected in bridge circuit with power supply and electromagnetic coil to make road lateral response transducers. Electromagnetic coil core is rigidly coupled with working fluid control vale spool communicated with working fluid tank, pump and hydraulic cylinder of reversing mechanism intended for varying the length of transverse pitman lever. Said rings have angular lateral cutouts arranged regularly all along the circumference. Said strain gages are arranged on face surfaces of the rings between said lateral cutouts and interconnected.

EFFECT: higher reliability, sensitivity and accuracy of control in motion.
