FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed rotor with blade folding system comprises blades, hub with eyes and blade-to-hub linkage. Said linkage comprises horizontal hinge, axial hinge and vertical hinge. The number of hub eyes equals that of blades. Horizontal hinge axle has a bore. Horizontal hinge is provided with two axial elastomer bearings fitted in hinge bore, in symmetry on both ends, and two covers jointing axial elastomer bearings with axial hinge eyes. Axial hinge axle has two eyes accommodating radial elastomer bearings of horizontal hinge, and blunt bore accommodating thrust elastomer bearing. Metal plates of thrust elastomer bearing are arranged with their convexity facing the blade. Axial hinge axle incorporates a stop representing spherical annular ledge. Radial bearing makes plain bearing. Thrust elastomer bearing and radial bearing of axial hinge are arranged on one side of horizontal hinge on blade side. Axial hinge case is furnished with guides arranged outside said casing. Vertical hinge incorporates blade adapter jointed to blade root section and flexible load-bearing element with its base jointed by vertical hinge axle with axial hinge casing eyes and by folding bolt with blade adapter, and, by its end, with guides on axial hinge casing. Linkage between hub and blade incorporates folded blade flapping and pitch fixation element consisting of flapping thrust arranged between axial hinge shaft top part and hub, pitch retainer locking axial hinge casing relative to axial hinge axle, and handle jointed with flapping thrust and pitch fixation element.
EFFECT: simplified design, reduced weight of rotor.
