FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical-recovery industry. Design of coke oven wall masonry includes bricks of outbond wall 4, which is the wall that separates coke chamber 1 and furnace chamber, and bricks of bonder wall 5, which is the wall that separates chimneys 3 of furnace chamber. Design of coke oven wall masonry includes bricks of stretcher "A" 11, representing L-shaped bricks, which combine part of outbond wall 4 and part of bonder wall 5 into a common structure, and also bricks of stretcher "B" 12, representing bricks that form part of outbond wall 4. L-shaped angle of stretcher "A" 11 brick is formed on section of masonry corresponding to outbond wall 4 with ledge 14, intended to receive brick of stretcher "B" 12. Edge of section of outbond wall 4 of brick of stretcher "A" 11 is arranged opposite to ledge 14, forms outbond end 15. Mating outbond ends 15 of two bricks in stretcher "A" 11 forms an outbond wall 4, which separates the first chimney of furnace chamber 3a from coke chamber 1. Brick of stretcher "B" 12, opposite ends of which enter ledges 14 of two bricks of stretcher "A" 11, arranged so that their ledges 14 are arranged opposite to each other, forms outbond wall 4, separating the second chimney 3b of furnace chamber and coke chamber 1.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to develop design of coke oven wall masonry not prone to subsidence caused by through vertical cracks in outbond brick wall.
