FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to air-nitrogen compressor stations and can be used mainly in rocket and space launching complexes for providing consumers with compressed gases, as well as in automatic power pneumatic systems, in chemical and metallurgical industry. As per version 1, compressor station is also equipped with stationary compressor plants, and as per version 2 it is equipped with movable air compressor plants, which are made in the form of single unit including compressor, moisture and oil separator and drying unit, and connected with pipelines through shutoff valves and return valves to compressed air storage bottles and to compressed air consumers after pneumatic outlet shield of compressed air and nitrogen. As per version 3 the station consists of stationary compressor plants made in the form of single unit including compressor, moisture and oil separator and drying unit; at that, gaseous nitrogen is supplied to two of them from nitrogen supply systems, and compressed nitrogen is supplied to bottles and then via compressed nitrogen outlet shield to consumers, and the rest compressor plants at the suction side are connected to environment, and at delivery side - to compressed air bottles and directly to consumers thus bypassing the compressed air outlet shield.
EFFECT: station allows supplying compressed air and nitrogen to all consumers during standard preparation of rocket carrier for launching.
