SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the watch industry and can be used in wrist and interior mechatronic crystal clocks with a stepper motor. In wrist watches, the source of energy and the crystal oscillator which controls movement of the pointer lie outside the dial face and in interior watches, they can either be inside the arrow whose dimensions allows for that, or they can be in some other structurally feasible place, for example in the base of the watch. The entire assembly of elements of interior watches is brought relative the base, while the base itself can be movable in the interior space, for example in form of a pendulum or carrousel.
EFFECT: high 'transparency' effect of watches and 'suspension' of arrows in the watch space or interior, which his provided due to exclusion of kinematic elements for moving the arrows from the view of the user by placing them at the back of the arrow or inside a cavity made in at least one of the arrows.
