FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of electric engineering and electric machine building, namely, to features of design of rotors of electric machines. Proposed nonsalient pole rotor of synchronous electric machine comprises massive magnetic conducting barrel (1) with slots for excitation winding, coils (2) of excitation winding laid in it and arranged of strip conductor with its bending during winding of coils onto narrow side of strip, band rings (3) distant from ends of magnetic conducting barrel (1) and placed onto aligning rings (6) with axial channels in zone of their inner diameter. In front ends of excitation winding every second turn of coil (2) is insulated, and on wide side of strip of non-insulated conductors (9), along their full length in front parts of excitation winding, there are transverse slots (10) that form a system of slot ventilation channels in assembled excitation winding.
EFFECT: improved cooling of front parts of excitation winding of nonsalient pole rotor of synchronous electric machine.
