FIELD: physics, computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flat panel screens and can be used in matrices of personal computer and television screens. The result is achieved by that cells in the housing of the matrix element are arranged two in a row and one above them and in each cell there is housing and a diaphragm. The free ends of micro-piezoelectric elements are flat lugs which are shutters of the diaphragm and are placed in slits in the housing of the diaphragm. The colour filter of the cell is placed in the output face of its housing.
EFFECT: exclusion of optical elements which require adjustment from the components of the matrix element, which prolongs its reliable operation.
