METHOD TO MANUFACTURE DECORATIVE ART OBJECTS WITH ZHOSTOV ORNAMENT Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC B44C1/00 B05D3/10 

FIELD: printing industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of consumer goods, in particular, to technological processes to make decorative art objects with Zhostov ornament. In proposed method operations "thermal treatment and priming" are excluded from technological process, and other operations are corrected in production of objects, which is achieved by formation of protective-decorative coating of items with powder paint by method of electrostatic spraying at the temperature of 80-200°C for 6-40 min.; drying of ornamented surface at the temperature of 70-100°C for 4-6 hours and varnishing of colourless polymer paint at the temperature of 70-200°C for 10-30 min.

EFFECT: production of strong protective-decorative coating of object, significant reduction of labour intensiveness of products and increased service life of "Zhostov" objects.
