FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of silicates and compositions of ceramic mixtures which can be used in making facing tiles, decorative boards and sculpture. The ceramic mixture contains kaolin, bentonite, wollastonite, talc, spodumene concentrate and liquid potassium glass, with the following ratio of components in wt %: kaolin 63.0-66.0; bentonite 3.0-5.0; wollastonite 3.0-5.0; talc 3.0-5.0; spodumene concentrate 20.0-25.0; liquid potassium salt 0.5-1.0. The ceramic mixture additionally contains 0.1-5.0 wt % cobalt oxide.

EFFECT: higher water resistance of articles.
