SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and compositions of ceramic mixtures for making bricks. The ceramic mixture for making bricks contains the following, wt %: clay 71.7-74.9; pegmatite 21.0-25.0; crushed dried bricks 0.1-0.3; talc 3.0-4.0. The face of the burnt brick can be melted with plasma in order to obtain a protective-decorative glass-like coating on its surface.

EFFECT: high frost resistance of bricks made from the ceramic mixture.
