SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for radio-navigation with artificial earth satellites, in particular for monitoring integrity of a system without participation of ground-based control system equipment and control stations around the globe. The device has a transceiving device, a computer, a navigation signal conditioner, a navigation signal source, a range finder, a unit for calculating range to other reference satellites of the navigation satellite system, a unit for comparing the calculated range with the measured range, a control unit and a decision unit.
EFFECT: fast notification of a user on inaccuracy of a navigation signal, high accuracy of monitoring integrity of a system, high reliability.
