SUBSTANCE: device comprises Fourier transformation unit at the transmitting side, unit of electronic image division, generator of unit authenticator, unit of memory of authentication key, generator of digital water mark of unit, unit of integration of digital water mark and unit of transmission, on receiving side - unit of reception, generator of authenticator of received unit and unit of memory of authentication key. Proposed device may be used to establish authenticity of electronic images transmitted in up-to-date information-telecommunication systems.
EFFECT: increased security of electronic image verified with digital water mark against deliberate actions of violator to change content of electronic image.
