FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: method to control jet engine thrust consists in increasing pressure on side surface of nozzle by means of transverse gas blowing into its supersonic part and reducing pressure at opposite surface to increase control force. Pressure reduction is carried out by means of gas exhaust, and exhausted gas is used for transverse blowing. To blow and exhaust gas, symmetrically arranged nozzles are used with slanted or stepped cut of output section, being continuation of the main part of supersonic nozzle. Blowing is carried out on surface of one nozzle, and pressure reduction - on surface of opposite nozzle and main part of nozzle, besides, to change direction of control force action, blowing and exhaust are carried out alternately from surface of any nozzle. Other invention of group is related to supersonic nozzle of jet engine with controlled vector of thrust with holes for blowing and exhaust of gas on internal surface, comprising device for blowing and exhaust of gas and nozzles with slanted or stepped cut of output section. Device for blowing and exhaust of gas is connected by tubes with according holes and equipped with control valves. Nozzles are symmetrically arranged relative to axis of nozzle and include round holes for gas exhaust and rectangular holes arranged in rows at the edge of nozzles for gas blowing. Large side of rectangular holes is perpendicular to axis of nozzle, and round holes for gas exhaust are additionally arranged on the main part of nozzle.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to increase control forces in supersonic nozzle of jet engine.
