SUBSTANCE: integrated circuit for processing data with functional modules, which include a central processing unit, through which data can be processed and programs can be executed, cache memory, encryption unit, through which data can be encrypted and decrypted, a protective sensor, through which at least one working parametre (f, T, U) of the integrated circuit can be controlled, where the controlled working parametre (f, T, U) is the state of the protective layer on the integrated circuit, a first memory unit, where a boundary value is given for the controlled working parametre (f, T, U), the working parametre (f, T, U) is measured and compared with the boundary value, and if the measured value is greater than or less than the boundary value, contents of the first memory unit are deleted.
EFFECT: protection from unauthorised accessing and manipulation.
