SUBSTANCE: invention concerns veterinary. A composite preparation for prevention and treatment of gastroenteritis of piglets contains the active agent tylosin tartrate and the synergist furasonal in the ratio 3:1. For prevention of gastroenteritis in piglets, the preparation is administered in dosage of tylosin tartrate 3.75 mg/kg of live body weight and furasonal 1.25 mg/kg of live body weight for 7 days, for treatment of piglets with gastroenteritis, the preparation is administered in dosage of tylosin tartrate 7.5 mg/kg of live body weight and furasonal 2.5 mg/kg of live body weight for 10 days.

EFFECT: invention provides higher therapeutic and preventive efficacy of the preparation and prevention of tolerance thereto by piglets' gastroenteritis agents.
