FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of suspensions including rinsing the heavy component, and may be used in feed, chemical and other industries. Proposed installation consists of multi-cyclones with branch pipes for discharge of liquid and condensed products. Said multi-cyclones make the stages of separation of initial suspension into condensed product containing mainly heavy component and liquid product containing light components (impurities). Installation comprises also pumps, connecting pipelines, and branch pipe to feed pure water before final stage. Each separation stage comprises four multi-cyclones and four pumps. Note here that branch pipes are integrated by pipelines into separate systems for liquid and condensed products in feeding them into pumps in both each stage and between the stages.
EFFECT: high-quality condensed product.
