FIELD: transport, package.

SUBSTANCE: proposed cap comprises casing, while proposed insert may be secured on the surface of said casing directed inside the bottle when cap plugs the bottle from above. Insert comprises sealing element that may be seized in one section between said casing and bottle part when cap is fitted on the bottle. Permeable element is jointed with said sealing element, and is liquid proof and permeable for oxygen. Permeability for oxygen is measured at 20°C and from 10^-6 to 10^-10 Hcm³·cm/cm²·cm_hg·s. Said permeable element serves to stop the hole made in said cap between bottle inside and outside and features thickness and surface area that allow adjusting oxygen flow rate between bottle inside and outside from 0.1 to 5 mg/month with the cap fitted in place. Provided are mechanical clamping camp to plug the bottle and semi-finished product to produce inserts for caps.
