FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: X-ray endoscope has a housing in which there are optically interfaced X-ray and viewing channels for viewing the object image. The X-ray endoscope also includes a second semitransparent mirror which is placed on the axis of the objective lens between the objective lens and a first semitransparent mirror, a microlaser placed on the which passes through the centre of the second transparent mirror perpendicular to the axis and which forms on the object a bright spot, the position on the object of which coincides with the intersection point of the axis of the objective lens and the surface of the object, two identical laser line generators. The propagation planes of the flat light beams of the generators are mutually perpendicular and form on the surface of the object images of two perpendicular strips, the point of intersection of which coincides with the point formed by the microlaser of the optical channel for distance from the object to the face of the X-ray luminescent converter equal to Lo, where the linear field of vision of the viewing optical channel coincides with the size of the zone viewed by the X-ray optical channel and completely inscribed into the raster of a colour CCD matrix. The illuminator used is a light-emitting diode lying next to the objective lens and whose brightness and chromaticity of which is controlled using an electronic power supply. There is a linear metric scale with division value K on the display, through which the size S of the defects is measured.
EFFECT: possibility of matching considerably different characteristics of X-ray and optical channels.
