FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: reflected-light microscope has an illumination channel built on a dark-field illuminator scheme and comprises a light source, a collector, a unit of removable light filters, a removable polariser, removable dark field annular diaphragm and a light field diaphragm, an additional lens mirrored with the veto of a splitting unit, a removable epiobjective lens consisting of a microlens and an epimirror, a visual channel having an epiobjective lens working on a straight path, a removable analyser, a tube lens and an eyepiece. The light-splitting unit is in form not less than one pair of removable mirrors, where in each pair, one of the mirrors is totally reflecting and the other is semitransparent. After the veto of the splitting unit in the beam path of the reflected light there is a channel for recording a digital image, having an adapter and a mosaic photodetector. Between the tube lens of the visual channel and the eyepiece there is a Pechan prism which can turn about the optical axis. The focal distance f1 of the adapter of the channel for recording the digital image and the focal distance of the tube lens f2 of the visual channel satisfy the condition: f1=f2×D1/D2, where D1 is the length of the diagonal of the photodetector, D2 is the diametre of the field diaphragm of the eyepiece.
EFFECT: high quality of the image of an object and easier operation.
