SUBSTANCE: invention relates to batching fluid in various vessels and may be used in various industries. Proposed metre comprises outer support, metre housing, feed and discharge tubes, and air tube. It additionally comprises cover with inner space and channel, soft membrane, shut-off device, disk-catcher, elastic membrane, guide rods with springs. Note here that metre housing has annular groove and space arranged it its top part, while in its bottom part, it has annular grooves. Soft membrane is located between housing top part and cover. Disk-catcher has holes accommodating shut-off elements. Elastic membrane is arranged between housing bottom part and disk-catcher. Springs are arranged on guide rods fitted in support seats and rigidly jointed with disk-catcher and metre housing.
