FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of optical bleaching agents and specifically to production of belophor KD-2 (disodium salt of 4,4'-bis-(2-anilino-4-morpholino-1,3,5-triazin-6-ylamino)-stilbene-2,2'- disulphonic acid), meant for optical bleaching of cellulose textile materials and paper. The disclosed method involves the following steps: 1) reacting a sodium salt of disulphonic acid with cyanuric chloride in the presence of highly reactive carbon with particle size of 3-12 nm, 10-20% micellar solution of zinc with particle size or 3-12 nm and a micellar solution of silver with particle size of 3-12 nm, 2) reacting the obtained disodium salt of 4,4'-bis-(2,4-dichloro-1,3,5-triazin-6-ylamino)-stilbene-2,2'-disulphonic acid with aniline in the presence of highly reactive carbon with particle size of 3-12 nm and powder of copper nanoparticles with particle size of 15-50 nm, 3) reacting the obtained disodium salt of 4,4'-bis-(2-anilino-4-chloro-1,3,5-trizin-6-ylamino)-stilbene-2,2'-disulphonic acid with morpholine in the presence of a mixture of a powder of iron nanoparticles with particle size of 15-50 nm and powder of nanoparticles of an iron and chromium alloy with particle size of 15-50 nm and then extraction of the end product.

EFFECT: method increases whiteness by over 80% while reducing consumption of the bleaching agent and also simplifies technology by conducting the process at 18-20°C and cutting duration of the process to 3,5 hours.
