FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: here is disclosed procedure for control of cooling agent distribution in evaporating compression unit, such as, for example, cooling installation and system of conditioning containing at least two evaporators. Distribution of cooling agent by means of the procedure determines the way of available amount of cooling agent distribution. At continuous control over overheat of cooling agent at common output of evaporators distribution of cooling agent consumption through evaporators is changed so as to control weight consumption of cooling agent via the first evaporator. Also, there are traced changes of overheat; they are used for obtaining data of operation of the first evaporator in form of a parametre of control. Such operations are repeated for each of the rest of evaporators; adjustment of cooling agent consumption is made on the next nearest evaporator on base of obtained parametres of control. Revealed change can become apparent in a considerable change of OH (overheat). As a version the control parametre can reflect the change of OH occurring as result of change in distribution of cooling agent flows.
EFFECT: decreased amount of units in evaporating unit and raised efficiency.
