FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: loading is applied to a sample of tested suppository mass, value of effective viscosity after beginning of loading application is measured, value of deviation of any two or more results of measurement of effective viscosity in case of step-by-step increase or decrease of shift rate gradient under similar conditions is determined. Obtained value is compared with confidence interval of deviations of effective viscosity for certified suppository. If value of deviation of tested sample measured parametre corresponds to value of specified confidence interval of deviation for certified suppositories, then suppositories correspond to technological instruction as to complete deformation time, dynamics of panthogam release from suppository, melting temperature, if value of deviation of measured parametre is higher or lower than value of specified confidence interval of deviation for certified suppositories, then suppositories do not correspond to technological instruction as to complete deformation time, dynamics of panthogam release from suppository, melting temperature.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify method of estimating correspondence of suppositories to quality parametres in process of production.
