SUBSTANCE: apparatus additionally includes a device for converting a binary code to number of pulses, two units of AND elements, a unit of flip flops, a second OR element, a shift register, an encoder, a fifth memory unit and a unit for selecting the monitored object, which perform current ranking of controlled parametres within on cycle on the value of deviation of the measurement result from the standard parametre with provision for the order of measuring parametres on the next monitoring cycle in accordance with their ranking results. In the next measurement cycle, the most critical parametre measurements are monitored first. The reason for such a big difference between their values from standard values (crude measurement error or the changed technical state of the object) and the appropriate decision is made: repeating measurement, controlling the parametre or repairing the object.
EFFECT: high efficiency of monitoring radio-electronic objects, characterised by large deviation of parametre measurement results from standard values.
