FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: turbo-jet engine with combined support of low and high pressure turbine includes compressor, combustion chamber, jet nozzle, turbines of cascades of low and high pressure with rotors having opposite rotation directions and fixed on their shafts. Housing of bearing supports of turbines is arranged between their impellers in the zone of nozzle diaphragm of LP turbine and contacts through rolling bodies of support bearings and trunnion to turbine impellers, and through power spokes to outer housing of nozzle diaphragm of LP turbine. Inner races of cages of support bearings are fixed on housing of bearing supports of turbine; outer race of one bearing is fixed on trunnion of HP turbine impeller equipped with cylindrical flange with inlet openings of cooling air and connected through the above cylindrical flange to the trunnion. Outer race of the other bearing is fixed on trunnion of LP turbine impeller. Besides, conical wall of housing of bearing supports is connected to power ring of cylindrical shell, the outer side of which is connected by means of a flange to the brackets the number of which is equal to the number of vanes of LP turbine nozzle diaphragm. Each bracket is fixed on lower end of hollow spoke passing inside each vane of nozzle diaphragm, and outer end of each spoke is fixed on outer wall of housing of nozzle diaphragm of LP turbine. At that, LP turbine impeller is equipped to the left of the load-carrying bed with cylindrical flange with passage openings for cooling air; the above flange is connected to trunnion of LP turbine impeller, on which the front top disk is fixed. To the right of load-carrying bed the LP turbine impeller disk is equipped with cylindrical L-shaped flange with holes made on flange to attach the rear top disk. Disk is provided with compression blades facing the load-carrying bed and fixed on flange of L-shaped flange so that a slot is formed between surface of flange of L-shaped flange and rear top disk for passage of cooling air to inner cavity between load-carrying bed and rear top disk. Cavity is connected to inner cavities of cooled blades of LP turbine. HP turbine impeller to the right of load-carrying bed is equipped with its rear top disk fixed on its trunnion. Rear top disk of HP turbine and front top disk of LP turbine is equipped with upper and lower labyrinth flanges with labyrinth combs; upper flange of each top disk contacts through labyrinth combs to lower surface of wall of LP turbine nozzle diaphragm, and lower flange of each top disk contacts through its labyrinth combs to lower surface of cylindrical shell.
EFFECT: invention allows improving engine reliability, decreasing its weight and overall dimensions.
