FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: heating plant comprises wind wheel, and piston joined with it with the help of crankshaft-rocker mechanism and vertical traction rod, and under piston there are floating pistons arranged via elastic elements as installed in sleeve with vertical slots, and the sleeve is coaxially arranged in body centre. From each piston, from holes in limiters, there are tubes going out through slots as joined with blades located in cavity between body and sleeve. Outside sleeve at the top and in the middle there are cells attached to it and filled with heat accumulating substance with phase transition. Heat electric heater is installed in lower part of body in the form of arc.
EFFECT: plant has high coefficient of mechanical energy conversion into thermal one, is simple and reliable in operation.
