FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to temperature control in liquefied layer reactor. Reactor system comprises pyrolysis plant with liquefied layer, combustion reactor with liquefied layer and structure to control temperature in pyrolysis plant. Aforesaid structure comprises separation appliances, return channel, unloading channel and intake channel. Return channel and intake channel share common end part to transfer the mix of solid particles into pyrolysis plant. Note here that said mix is formed in mixing apparatus with pseudo-liquefaction communicated with intake channel and return channel. Proposed method consists in that first solid particles are separated from pyrolysis plant to transfer first part of solid particles via return channel into pyrolysis plant. Second part of solid particles is removed to transfer second solid particles via intake channel from combustion chamber into pyrolysis plant. First part of solid particles and second solid particles are mixed and transferred via common end part of return channel and intake channel into pyrolysis plant.
EFFECT: efficient and fast reactor temperature control.
