FIELD: textile, paper.

SUBSTANCE: fibre demonstrates functional properties due to mixing of special pigments into composite fibres of doubled shape. Functional fibres of double-component structure are made of high-molecular synthetic material and have properties that are reproduced by fibres in the form of colour when illuminated with ultraviolet rays due to pigments with visible or fluorescent painting, or due to absorption properties of infrared pigments; fibres produced by mixing of stained pigments, fluorescent pigments, infrared pigments into each resin with subsequent moulding of specified mix from melt or with subsequent processing of fibres. Fibres have properties for counterfeit protection due to their mixing in the form of single-filament thread, which is produced by stapling of fibres to paper, resins of high-molecular materials or facilities for application of coatings.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce efficient fibre for counterfeit protection and identification of specific product authenticity, for products requiring security, such as banknote, obligation, passport, ID.
