FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to physiotherapy, endocrinology. Method includes carrying out complex balneologic treatment, which includes carrying out radon therapy with radon concentration 1.5 kBq/l. Every second day vaginal irrigations with radon water are carried out for 15-20 minutes, using 15-20 l per 1 irrigation. Radon baths are carried out every second day, with average absorbed dose during 10 minute procedure being 0.161 millirem, water temperature - 37°C, exposure -10-15 minutes. A course includes 8-10 baths. Rectal microclysters from radon water are performed, using 150 ml per 1 microclyster, drop-by-drop, at rate 120-150 drops per minute, every second day. A course includes 8-10 procedures. Reflex therapy is carried out by tonic impact on points RN 6-4, KI 11-12, BM 46, and inhibitory impact- on points BL 23, BL 25-34, DU 2-4. Interference therapy is performed by impact on projection of cervical sympathetic plexus, or vertebral artery via water-fabric compresses with 10 cm diametre. One electrode of the first canal is placed above Th5-6, projection paravertebrally on the right side. The second electrode of the first canal is placed above C2-3 projection from the contralateral side. One electrode of the second canal is placed above Th5-6 projection from the left side. The second electrode of the second canal is placed above C2-3 projection from contralateral side. Impact is performed with current intensity 30-50 mA, which is selected individually, by sensations, frequency 90-100-90 Hz in automatic mode with 15 second duration. Procedures are performed daily. A course includes 8-10 procedures. Interference therapy is carried out 60-80 minutes before carrying out radon procedures.
EFFECT: method increases treatment efficiency and patients' life quality due to reduction of anxiety and depression manifestations, improvement of functional activity of brain, restoration of dophamine ergetic control of prolactin secretion, restoration of cyclicity of menstrual function and fertility.
