FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: floating device consists of case-gondola with reduced audio-acoustics, of source of autonomous feed for mechanic operation of two controlled reverse asynchronous electric motors turned on by means of electric trigger positioned in fore body of deck cabin and equipped with electric rheostat starter actuating hydro-pumps. The hydro-pumps with rotating worm screws are connected to clutches moving pistons along cylinders to opposite sides, thus sucking water from water intake pipes into orifices of bypass pipes. Under pressure water moves via orifices into hydro-pressure pipes and hydro-pressure chambers, wherein there is created pressure opening orifices of motors installed in an after-body to create draft force with two jets of water in one second of time and pushing floating device to surface. Additionally in the after-body there is installed an electric machine with a propeller mounted on a shaft; in the fore body the electric machine is connected to the control electric rheostat starter and source of autonomous feed receiving voltage for uniform recharging through resistance of 1.5 Ohm. A rudder is installed in the after-body.

EFFECT: raised efficiency of floating device.
