The Halobacterium salinarum ST 2 strain is produced by multistage selection of a Halobacterium salinarum halophilic bacterial strain, Russian National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms No. B-9025, without chemical pretreatment and is deposited in Russian National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms No. B-10425.
EFFECT: Halobacterium salinarum strain Russian National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms No B-10425 exceeds both a prototype, and a parent strain in efficiency.
