PROCEDURE FOR NEUTRALISATION OF PRODUCTS OF ACIDIC TREATMENT OF BOTTOMHOLE ZONE IN WELL Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC E21B43/22 B09B1/00 

FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: procedure for neutralisation of products of acidic treatment of bottomhole zone of well consists in sampling for determination of hydrogen index pH of fluid value upon acidic treatment, in determination of required amount of solution for neutralisation of acid constituents of fluid, in preparing solution for neutralisation of density below density of fluid coming from reservoir, in metering produced solution, in putting well into operation, in daily well fluid sampling and in determination of pH values of products of acidic treatment. When value of pH of acidic treatment products equals pH value of solution of reservoir fluid, then neutralisation solution metering is stopped. Volume of solution for neutralisation is determined from condition facilitating level of pH value of fluid at wellhead higher, than pH value of reservoir fluid during neutralisation of products of acidic treatment. Preliminary this solution for neutralisation is pumped into annular space of the well, where it is closed and conditioned to ensure reaction between solution of neutralisation and reservoir fluid at the boundary of fluids contact. Further, the procedure consists in the said periodic metering operations.

EFFECT: simplified neutralisation and elimination of corrosion of underground equipment of well.
