FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device may be used in electron-beam welding of turn burrs in vacuum. Articles 15 are arranged to be welded together with open vacuum chamber 1 by means of support disk 13, guide 4 and spring-loaded integral centers 14. Chamber sealed and evacuated, welding tool, electron-beam gun 2, is aimed at but to be welded. With reversing drive shaft 17 revolving in direction whereat manipulator is locked by stop 9, spindles 10 and articles 15 are revolved with the help of gear wheels 11 and 12. Note here that friction element 16 slips on central gear wheel 12. With said drive shaft reversing its rotation, manipulator 3 starts turning in flange 6 and rear center 5 with the help of friction element 16 arranged on central gear wheel 12 together with support centers 14 made integral and provided with springs.
EFFECT: expanded range of welded articles, simplified design.
