FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clothing manufacture and to a belt decorative article of clothing. The belt element is arranged in the form of a stitched floating figured belt, contrast in colour and surface finish of decorated clothes fabric. The floating figured belt is arranged with the possibility of its flapping. For this purpose it is equipped with a slit and a zipper, and with its lower edge it is stitched between the hip line and the waist line. At the back side the belt is stitched parallelly to the waist line, and in the front - with a hoe.
EFFECT: invention provides for expansion of functional capabilities due to imitation of lowered pants or a skirt effect and additional thermal protection of a human back when the decorative element is buttoned up.
