FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method may be used for transfer of hardly-flowing materials in airflow at high pressure for large distances with high concentration in air mix. Loose material is loaded into first chamber to be sealed when filled and pressurised by compressor. Material transfer pipe is communicated with mixing branch pipe of said chamber. Material is metered out into mixing branch pipe and, along with unloading first chamber, material is fed into second chamber. Chamber pressurised, it is disconnected from compressor and material transfer pipe to measure pressure difference between chamber and material transfer pipe inlet. With material feed terminated or reduced, material is made flow out and with pressure equalised, material is not actuated. With compressed air redirected from first chamber mixing branch pipe into second chamber mixing branch pipe, chambers are communicated to equalise pressure therein to disconnect them and to communicated first chamber with compressor suction branch pipe to feed air into second chamber mixing branch pipe at high rate to reach atmospheric pressure in first chamber.
EFFECT: reduced specific power consumption.
