PROCEDURE FOR PRODUCTION OF MOTOR GASOLINE Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC C10G69/00 C10G69/04 

FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure for production of motor gasoline on base of gasoline fraction of catalytic cracking. The procedure consists in catalytic cracking of stock corresponding to mixture of straight-run vacuum gas-oil and gasoline fraction of viscosity breaking at ratio from 98:2% wt to 75:25% wt, in successive division of catalysate into a light and heavy fractions of catalytic cracking and light and heavy catalytic gas-oil by rectification, in following de-mercaptanisation of light gasoline fraction of catalytic cracking and in hydro-purification of heavy gasoline fraction of catalytic cracking at presence of hydro-purification catalyst. First, heavy gasoline fraction of catalytic cracking passes through a layer of catalyst-sorbent on base of aluminium oxide containing 1.0-1.5% wt of nickel oxide and 3.0-4.0% wt of molybdenum tri-oxide. Further it passes through a layer of hydro-purification catalyst at ratio of height of the catalyst-sorbent layer to height of hydro-purification catalyst layer 1:10-25. Successively, light gasoline fraction of catalytic cracking purified by de-mercaptanisation is mixed with hydro-purified heavy gasoline fraction of catalytic cracking at ratio from 10:90% wt to 30:70% wt and there are produced base components of commodity motor gasoline.

EFFECT: production of base components of commodity motor gasoline at maintaining specified output of target product of high octane number and minimal contents of sulphur suitable for production of motor gasoline of Euro-3, Euro-4 and Euro-5 grades.
