SUBSTANCE: device comprises at least two joined computer devices, a controller of PCI bus, the first and second LVDS input devices, a switchboard of LVDS input-output channels, the first and second devices of LVDS output, a data input buffer, a buffer of data output and a buffer of PCI exchange for each computer device, at least one buffer of computer devices exchange, and also a read-only memory, at that the computer device comprises at least two digital signal processors, a controller of the computer device bus and a main memory.

EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities and increased efficiency of the programmable device for digital processing of signals due to provision of received signals data input along high-speed serial interface LVDS, distribution of received data flow and their processing between digital transmission systems of several computer devices.
