FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises a GLONASS/GPS receiver, which is connected to a central control system, at the same time the central control system comprises a power supply unit, a motherboard, arranged with the possibility to ensure interaction of all devices of emergency signals transfer - retransmitters, used in the system, by means of DECT basic station, and an expansion board, which is directly connected to the motherboard, and is arranged with the possibility to ensure serviceability of four basic DECT stations installed in two antenna modules.
EFFECT: increased safety of a passenger train operation in conditions of flexible formation of a passenger train by optimisation of safety and communication monitoring system technological units design, and by application of equipment that ensures univocal detection of a passenger train location.
