FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aeronautics. Proposed aeronautic apparatus comprises frame, cigar-like soft envelopment filled with gas easier than air, stabiliser, solar batteries, appliances to fasten said envelopment to aforesaid frame that comprises elastic coat and ropes, propellers, crew and passenger cab and cargo compartment, and docking appliances. It is made up of three horizontal envelopments jointed together, from below, by common frame including sections bent along the mid-section radii. Central envelopment has stabiliser. O-like elements are arranged between aforesaid envelopments either horizontally or inclined to the frame to support propellers running on crosswise rotary shafts. Position retainers are arranged atop the envelopment and made up of rods secured over envelopments and jointed together by spacers. Envelopment tail section is provided with rigs frame incorporating hollow shrouding filled with gas easier than air. Stabiliser is fixed on said frame.

EFFECT: higher maneuverability.
