FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering. Proposed flying saucer with rubber propeller 2 consists of body 1 shaped to saucer turned upside down, ICE 9, rubber propeller 2 with disk-shaped pushing surface, spiral activator 5 provided with pulley 15 driven by Galle chain 16, working spring 12 designed to be contracted and released by said spiral activator 5 to act by rod 9 on rubber propeller 2 in its contraction by increasing its pressure on air under disk 6 to eject it downward at high rate via hole in rubber to produce jet force directed upward, while air ejected from tube 21 generates jet thrust for horizontal flight. There are flexible rods 7 top joint bottom disk 6 with top disk 8 to maintain saucer shape at pressure developed by contracted spring 12 and at jet force acting on bottom disk 6 in air ejection downward when rubber propeller 2 is contacted and released by pressure of operating spring 12. Here, moment of thrust bends rods 7 to make bottom disk 6 push pilot and cargo upward.
