SUBSTANCE: device includes handle, tight gas charging cavity in handle, valve ring, trigger member and thrown element. Thrown element or tail part of thrown element is located inside separate tight gas charging cavities of handle. Thrown element or its tail part is hydraulically balanced or over-balanced to throw side from handle of thrown element or its tail part.
EFFECT: achieving the possibility of using the device in rooms where it is not allowed to use firing arms, and possibility of its being used under water for hitting various underwater targets.
