FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aquaculture, namely, to cultivation of amphibia in man-made conditions and may be used to breed and reproduce amphibia in laboratory conditions. The method includes incubation of fertilised roe, specimens from which are soaked every 10-12 hours in turns in fresh and salty water with salinity of 2 g/l of water till the end of metamorphosis.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of incubation, survivability rate and vitality of amphibia specimens, also to accelerate development of ontogenesis, organogenesis and growth of amphibian specimens at early stages of their development.
